      • -The small white bar cooler used for yogurt, creamers and milk was measured at 10 degrees C. All of these foods were moved to another cooler. Do not use this cooler unless it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C or less to prevent rapid germ growth.

      • Sanitizer bucket containing D10 solution tested 50ppm quat at the beginning of the inspection. Staff replaced the sanitizer to test 200ppm.
