Food can become contaminated when in direct contact with plastics not intended for food storage. • Replace these storage bins with bins made of food-grade plastic or store bulk goods in the packaging purchased in, so that bulk foods do not come into direct contact with the plastic.

- Observation(s): F2.3: Mechanical dishwasher was not producing chlorine. Corrective Action: Ensure the chlorine concentration is being tested multiple times throughout the day.

- Observation(s): Left side cooler in the back was holding food at 7-10°C. Hazardous foods must be stored at 4°C or below to prevent the growth of pathogens. Repair/replace this cooler so that it holds food at 4°C or below.

- Observation(s): Mouse droppings were observed throughout the restaurant. Restaurants must be maintained free of pests as they may spread contamination. Clean up the mouse droppings and hire a pest control company.
