      • Supplies int he first aid kits were diminished. Please ensure that at least one level 2 CSA approved kit is available in the program.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • There was no bleach solution present in the wiping cloth container in the infant room and preschool room. Please ensure the solution is maintained at least 100ppm and stored out of the reach of children.One toy (Leapfrog table) in the infant room was visibly dirty. Better cleaning required.

      • There was no paper towel observed in the toddler bathroom (located in the infant area)
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • ** The change pads in the infant and toddler rooms were observed to be on the floor, leaning against the wall in an area accessible to the children. Please ensure that the change pads are stored out of the reach of children.** The toddler and preschool washrooms were located on the floor. Please ensure that the seats are stored in a sanitary manner.

      • Toddler Room - the side edge of the counter and cabinets had exposed wood. Finishing required.

      • Toddler Room - container was present with sanitizer for the wiping cloths. Bleach concentration was at 0ppm.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Toddler Room - The change pad had a small tear. Replacement required.

      • The ventilation fan in the bathrooms was covered with plastic which did not permit proper ventilation.
