      • The light level in the dry storage area was dim and appears to be dark as the light fixture was not working.Fix the lighting at the dry storage area.

      • Repeat violation cited on February 4, 2026:1. Deep cleaning is required in the following areas: crevices underneath the equipment, along the walls behind the equipment, at the bib station, and broiler rooms in the kitchen area.2. Dust build-ups were accumulated on the kitchen ceiling air vents.3. Debris build-up was noted underneath the sinks and counter at the bar area.4. The dry storage area was disorganized.
