      • * Cupboard door at the child level was noted to be unlocked in the toddler room. The cabinet was noted to be storing disinfectants and other cleaning supplies. This was corrected during the visit. Ensure cabinets are maintained closed and locked if they are used for chemical storage.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • * One bottle of paint used for art located in one of the care rooms was noted to not be labeled safe for child use (no AP sign no nontoxic sign). Please ensure art supplies are safe for child use. This was immediately corrected during the visit.

    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • 1. Chemicals (bleach chlorine and Lysol) were kept in accessible sink cabinets (not locked) in Bambini Yellow and Casa Blue rooms. It was addressed during the inspection. Ensure that the sink cabinets are locked if chemicals are stored in them.2. Chlorine bleach bottle was not labeled in the Grey room. It was addressed during the inspection. Ensure that all chemicals are labeled.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Water stains were observed on the ceiling tiles in the Casa Blue room, hallway near Casa Blue room and in the Grey room. Investigate and remove the source of water infiltration. Replace affected tiles.
