    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • CS20 disinfectant was kept beyond a day. No test strips nor logs were available to confirm the concentration prior to use after day 1. The operator will obtain CS20 test strips. Email the inspector the pictures of the test strips obtained. Prior to that, CS20 disinfectant will be changed daily.
