    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A small number of fruit flies were observed in the facility. One in the bar area and a few others in the recycling area (the bagged recycling is stored in a closed area segregated from the bar public space).Please remove the recycling bags and ensure this task is completed on a routine basis. Please install fly monitoring traps in the bar area.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The dishwasher does not properly close when operating. As a temporary solution during dishwasher use, the dishwasher door is secured by physical means. Please repair the dishwasher door so that it closes and seals as intended (without the physical support).
