      • The refrigerator was not observed to be equipped with an internal thermometer.Obtain and place an internal thermometer in the refrigerator to monitor the temperature.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no soap observed in the soap dispensers. Facility supervisor filled the dispensers with soap.Ensure that all hand washing sinks are fully stocked with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towel.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Construction materials/uninstalled shelving were observed to be stored on the floor and sink of the kitchen.The facility supervisor removed the items above.
