- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Previously used domestic dishwasher was disconnected/not working. Only two compartment sink was available for washing hands and washing dishes. If dishwasher is replaced it must be replaced with commercial dishwasher. If not, as a minimum, two compartment sink + a hand sink is required (single use dishes for serving foods required in this case).
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Soap is not provided with hand wash sink. Operator is advised to provide soap with hand wash sink.
- 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- Water sample was not submitted for microbiological testing as required.Please submit sample.

- Fridge temperature was at 7C. Operator adjusted settings to colder immediately.
