- Foodhandler had long, painted nails and was wearing several rings. Nails to be kept short and if nailpolish, need to wear gloves. This individual does not normally handle food, alternate food handler arrived to take over.

- The walk-on-cooler was at 6C and the cooler with the cream was at 7C. Need to ensure these coolers can maintain foods at 4C or less.

- No chlorine test strips were present for checking concentration of chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize utensils. Obtain chlorine test strips.
