    • 402 - Critical Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed kitchen employee not washing hands after changing gloves or handing different tasks inside the food preparation area. Kitchen manager was notified immediately who initiated corrective actions during the inspection. Lack of hand washing may lead to cross contamination of food which may cause foodborne illnesses.
