- Observation: Glass washer was not in working order at the time of the inspection, the sanitizing line was not observed as being pumped. Solution was not being dispensed. Detergent cycle was working and being pumped. The iodine concentration was measured at 0ppm by both EHO and staff onsite sanitizer testing strips. No sanitizer measured.
- Temporary solution: The operator has procedures in place if this happens, the staff are required to move the glasses to the dishwasher in the kitchen for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. This dishwasher was measured with 100ppm chlorine and all cycles were working. If needed the staff will also implemement single use disposal cups for the drinks.
- Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the unit so that it is in working order. The sanitizer solution for the iodine glass washer must measure at 12.5-25 ppm for good sanitizing action. Staff should also be checking the sanitizer solution levels atleast 2 times a day.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glass wahser lacks required sanitizer, Iodine 12.5-25 ppm, in the final rinse cycle. Operator resupplied a new sanitizer jar. Final rinse water in glass washer now has 25 ppm of sanitizer. Please ensure to obtain accurate testing kit. And, ensure to keep sanitizer in range.

- Corrective Action(s): Staff relocated items to walk-in cooler. Do not thaw at room temperature.
