      • Mouse droppings were observed behind the prep cooler/microwave station as well has behind the grease tank.Pest control reports indicate no recent activity. Ensure that all areas are cleaned in sanitized frequently including hard to reach areas.

      • There was an accumulation of grease on the surfaces of the ventilation canopy. Filters were being maintained, but other surfaces require routine cleaning.
