    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 2 holes noted on the floor next to the grease trap. - Seal the holes.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Tape was used to repair the countertop ice unit lid.- Remove tape and repair lid for smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable surfaces.Drinks containers were stored on the floor inside the cabinet at the front.- Ensure all foods and food containers are stored minimum 6 inches off the floor.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • A few mice droppings noted at the back storage area.- Remove the droppings. Wooden blocks were used under the sink that were covered in grease/dirt/debris. - Clean the wooden block, and ensure the blocks are smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.
