      • Observation: General cleaning needed for old food debris build up or food spills:
      • 1. Walk in cooler floor and corners have build up of food spills like creamers, lemons and sauces. Cleaning required.
      • 2. Main ice machine has some debris and dust build up on the inside. Washing and sanitizing is required.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Walk in cooler floor and corners have build up of food spills like creamers, lemons and sauces. Cleaning required. Discard contaminated food left on direct contact with the floor such as the lemons.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUAT Spray bottles and sanitizer containers are filled with lactic acid food sanitizer. These are different chemicals and have different concentrations and test strips. Proper labels required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemical and cleaning bottles are properly labelled to prevent chemical contamination of food and equipment.

      • Observation: Minor upkeep and repairs required for broken equipment or worn down surfaces:
      • 1. Light tube and light covers missing in dish pit area.
      • 2. Minor leak for hand sink next to steak grill.
      • 3. Floor floating and chipping near floor drains.
      • 4. Front bar cooler is leaking water on the inside.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep up with required maintenance and repair. Ensure equipment is in good working order and surfaces are durable and easily to clean. Apply repair and upkeep as needed over the course of the next couple months. Correction required in 2 months.
