INSTRUCTED FACILITY NOT TO REUSE CARDBOARD THAT HAS HELD RAW PRODUCT (AS CARDBOARD CANNOT BE PROPERLY WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED) AND TO MAINTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE FOOD PREP AREA TO BE SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
