      • Observation: Undercounter cooler underneath the coffee machine measured 7C ambient temperature at time of inspection (3:00pm)
      • Digital temeprature log shows cooler has been higher than 5C since 11:00am.
      • Cooler does reach lower than 4C at night.
      • Corrective Action(s): Cooler needs to be able maintain 4C or below at all times. There is understanding that this cooler is in constant use but temperature needs to be maintained. Please service cooler. To be corrected by: Apr 19, 2023
      • When refilling milk and other potentially hazardous food items, please write down the time it was placed in cooler. Items are allowed to be stored in this cooler for up to 4hours. After 4hours any potentially hazardous food stored in this cooler must be discarded.

      • Also, ensure a dedicated sanitizer is available at milk wands. Be sure to store cloth in the sanitizer.
