- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Assessed back delivery doors with the new owner - appears satisfactory in terms of effective pest control. However, some of the top and bottom trim on the doors are worn and in the future may require repair and/or replacing with new trim to ensure door is flush with the doorframe/concrete.Finally, as discussed, would encourage the new owner to put in place metal rodent traps for more effective pest control and monitoring at the same back delivery doors - would purchase/install two (2) on either sides of the doors.
