- There were no chlorine test papers available to verify sanitizing solution concentration. Chlorine sanitizing solution are to be at 100ppm.

- Dropping were found on the shelves next to the grill. By Feb 15th do a comprehensive check thru the kitchen and ensure all dropping within have been cleaned up.Implent a pest control plan by filling out monthly pest control checklists.
