      • The ventilation is due for professional cleaning.By June 2, 2026 have the hood professionally cleaned or inspected by local fire or a third party fire safety technician. If you choose to have it inspection please get a written report stating the hood does not require professional cleaning.Update: An appointment has been booked for mid July to check the hood.

      • There were no chlorine test papers available to verify sanitizing solution concentration. Chlorine sanitizing solution are to be at 100ppm.

      • Dropping were found on the shelves next to the grill. By Feb 15th do a comprehensive check thru the kitchen and ensure all dropping within have been cleaned up.Implent a pest control plan by filling out monthly pest control checklists.
