      • Observation: Rodent activities is noted at various locations inside the production/warehouse facility.
      • Corrective Action(s): Continue with the pest control program. Inform the technician of droppings noted in the mezzinine and stored retail display equipment area.

Remove the low plywood platforms placed on the floor under the shelving units where rodents can nest undetected. Product should be store at least 6" off the floor or on pellets that can removed for cleaning underneath. Remove unused equipment or ensure they are stored in such a way that will provide access for pest monitoring and placement of traps.
