      • Corrective Action(s): Use 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer instead as this does not require a rinse step. Alternatively, quaternary ammonium compound (quat) sanitizers are also acceptable for food contact surfaces. The peroxide disinfectant can be used for non-food contact surfaces.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottles of sanitizer measured greater than 200 PPM chlorine residual. The concentration was so high that it bleached the colour indicator out of the test strip.
      • Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was dumped and bottles were refilled. Using 1 capful household bleach to 4 litres of water.
