- 1. There were 2 large metal foot files in the UV sterilizer bin but the disinfectant tray was too small to allow for full immersion. The metal foot files will no longer be used and were removed from the facility.2. High-level disinfectant logs were completed at the time of inspection. Additional templates were left on-site. Discussed how to properly maintain these logs.3. Expired disinfectants were requested to be removed from the facility.
