      • *** The main floor washroom sink was used for reprocessing reusable semi-critical equipment.Corrective Action:- Ensure a reprocessing area is made available that is not located in a room containing a toilet. This reprocessing area must have a sink that is connected to a permanently potable water supply, with adequate space to receive dirty equipment, dry and disinfect clean equipment.
