- The operator had pork spring rolls to use for sampling the chili garlic sauce. However, it was not temperature controlled.- Directed operator to not use pork spring rolls for sampling, but rather chips or crackers instead.In the future, please ensure:- High risk foods are temperature controlled (kept at 4 C or below, or 60 C or above after cooking/reheating).
