    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Are not checking and recording the fridge temperatures often enough. Are to be done each day the facility is in operation.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Hole was noted in the wall above the dishwasher. Please repair/cover with surface that is non-absorbent and easy to clean. There are also some chips in the walls in this are that need repair.

      • The kitchen floor is coming up/apart at some of the seams. To be repaired.The wooden floor in the mop sink room is damaged. To be repaired. Should be replaced with a material that is not wood.The lights in the dry storage room are not working. Fix lights in the dry storage roomThe cabinet under the soda fountain is damaged. To be repaired so it is easily cleanable and there is no exposed raw wood.There are chips in the wooden swinging door into the kitchen. To be repaired.There is a partial block in the wastewater piping from the facility. To be fixed.

      • The dishmachine is not being used at this time but please ensure it is dispensing at least 100ppm chlorine during the final rinse before it is used again. When tested today, test strips read 0ppm.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The following areas need cleaning:-floor under cooking equipment and under dishwasher-wall behind dishwasher-microwave oven-floor in a few corners where there is some dirt build-upThe dry storage room needs de-cluttering. Items no longer used to be discarded.
