      • The program was using bingo dabbers that were meant for adult use only and were not marked as non-toxic. The operator was instructed to remove these and not allow children to use them.Ensure all arts and crafts supplies used for children are non-toxic.
    • 16. Does the social care facility have adequate lighting?
      • There were several lights that were burnt out in both the main and secondary room. Ensure the lighting in rooms is adequate and in good repair.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • There was no protective coverings or shatterproof bulbs on multiple lighting fixtures in both childcare rooms. Ensure all lighting in the facility has either protective coverings or have shatter proof bulbs installed.
