- The hand sink at the main bar was missing disposable paper towels. Designated hand sinks must be fully supplied with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towels to perform sufficient hand hygiene. The operator placed paper towels in the dispenser at the time of the inspection.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- There are missing ceiling tiles by the dishwashing area and near the liquor storage cooler. Please place proper ceiling tiles.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- There is dust accumulating on the ceiling tiles above the dishwashing area.The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent contamination of food, utensils, or equipment. Please clean.
