      • At the time of the inspection, homemade gravy sauce stored in Ziplock bags was being sold from the facility by a staff member.This practice was immediately ceased following the inspection. The facility is only permitted to carry foods from approved sources for the public.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The facility was offering high risk foods for sale to the public.The facility is only permitted to sell low-risk pre-packaged foods according the restrictions listed on the Food Handling Permit.Ensure that the facility complies with the Permit restrictions at all times.
