- Potato puncher was heavily soiled with food debris. Unclean equipment can harbour bacteria and contaminate food during preparation.- Clean and sanitize the potato puncher. Ensure staff follow & maintain proper cleaning & sanitation schedule.

- Potato bag stored on the floor in storage room. Storing food on the floor exposes it to contamination from dirt, pests, spills, and cleaning activities, making it unsafe for consumption.- Use shelving & store the potato bag at least 15 cm (6 inches) off the floor.
