- The cots in the baby room (Europe Room) were positioned against the wall and in contact with one another. This was corrected during the inspection.

- The diapering surfaces in the pre-school 1 & 2 rooms had no safety belts. Please replace the missing belts.

- A light fixture in the toddler 1 room was missing a protective cover.Please replace the missing cover.

- The concentration of bleach disinfectant solution in spray bottles through the facility was too strong and bleached out test strips. A wrong mixing instruction was placed on the bottles. The staff were educated on proper mixing procedure.1000ppm is required during an outbreak and 100ppm for normal operations.
