- Facility uses chlorine (bleach) sanitizer. There were no test strips available. Please purchase test strips to be able to monitor sanitizer concentrations.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. There is a missing ceiling tile in the kitchen. Please have this replaced.2. The handle on one of the two faucets for the 3-compartment sink is broken. Please have this repaired or replaced.
