      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • Health permit decal has expired. Yearly health permit fees of $150.00 have not been paid. You are operating without a valid health permit decal.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Immediately pay the $150.00 to obtain a new decal. Call 604-918-7677 and pay with a credit card. Failure to pay the fees in full, will result in closure of the premises. At time of inspection, owner paid the fees via phone.

      • Observation:
      • The paper towel dispenser at the front hand washing sink is not dispensing paper towel as the batteries are dead. Staff are unable to dry their hand properly.

      • Immediately replace the batteries, or install a paper towel dispenser that doesn't need batteries.

      • Observation:
      • The exhaust canopy and filters required to be professionally cleaned by March 2024. There is no proof this has been done. This was mentioned in the past inspection and correction was required to be completed by May 2024. This poses a fire hazard and will attract pests.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Immediately schedule a professional company to clean the 2 exhaust canopy and filters. Ensure a service sticker is placed on the units stating when the cleaning was completed, and when the next cleaning shall be done. Failure to correct this by the assigned date may result in the issuance of orders, tickets, fines, and/or closure.
