- There is evidence of mice in the dry storage room, specifically there is mouse poo and flour on the floor. Mice can spread microbes and contaminate foods. Ensure that the affected foods are discarded, the mouse poo cleaned up, and the mouse removed from the building. Please document this in the building's pest control log book.
