    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • The area under the diapering mat was dirty and had debris build up in various rooms.Please clean and disinfect the area under to mats.
    • 23. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Critical)?
      • A crib in the infant room had corner posts that were above 3mm above the highest side.Please remove the crib or adjust the crib so the corner posts are no more then 3mm above the highest side.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Bedding and cots were in contact with the children's outdoor coats. Bedding must be stored in manor that prevents contamination.Operator moved the bedding and cots to a different location.

      • Cabinets containing hot water tank and electrical panels were without proper locks.-Please ensure all indicated cabinets are locked properly, making them inaccessible to children.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • There was no soap dispenser in the washrooms or hand washing stations.-Please provide suitable soap dispensers in all washroom and classroom sinks.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Metal protrusions were observed along facility's corridor floor.-Please cover these metal protrusions with suitable materials to prevent tripping hazard and injury.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was measured above 55 degrees Celsius at most washrooms and hand washing stations.-Please lower and maintain hot water temperature between 38-43 degrees Celsius.
