      • Handwashing station was impeded by the cereal cart making it difficult to access the handwash station. Paper towel dispenser was empty.

      • There was a tray of wrapped sandwiches present in the kitchen. The temperature of the sandwiches measured 24 degrees Celsius. The sandwiches were discarded by the employee. Ensure the sandwiches (and other cooked foods) are stored either at/below 4 degrees Celsius or above 60 degrees Celsius.

      • i. The employee on-site indicated the sanitizer being used in the kitchen space was composed of a mixture of bleach/soap/water. ii. The bleach concentration of the sanitizer measured ~0 ppm at the time of inspection. Ensure the bleach/sanitizer mixture is mixed fresh/routinely and measures between 100 - 200 ppm. Do not mix soap and bleach together.
