      • Observation: The Permit To Operate is not posted in the facility.
      • Corrective Action: Obtain a replacement Permit, attached the current year decal to it and post the Permit in the facility.
    • 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: There is no bleach in the facility for preparing sanitizing solutions for utensils and food contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action: Maintain a supply of bleach in the facility so that when utensils are required to be sanitized, an adequate sanitizing solution can prepared and used. The Chlorine concentration must be at least 200 ppm for manual dishwashing and food contact surfaces.
