      • Observation: Low temperature dishwasher has 0ppm chlorine at plate level. Chlorine tube has lots of air bubbles and liquid are not moving through.
      • Corrective Action(s): Fix the low temperature dishwasher so 50ppm chlorine can be measured at plate level after final rinsing step. Use single use, disposable containers in the meantime. Use manual dishwashing in the 2 compartment sinks. To be corrected by Feb 6th 2026.

      • Corrective Action(s): Fix the cooler door so the door can be used and closed properly.
      • Fix the lights so the prep area is well lit.
      • Replace or fix the lid of the rice cooker.
