    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • There was no free available chlorine detected in rinse cycle in dishwashing machine. Operator switched immediately to 3 compartment sink dishwashing method until the dishwasher is serviced and working properly. Please email me for follow up inspection after the dishwasher is fixed.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Dishwashing machine was not dispensing sanitizer properly (no free available chlorine detected in rinse cycle). Please repair the machine as required.

      • There was a gap between the bottom of the back door and the door frame - weather stripping required.

      • Arborite on the counter located next to the fryer was pealing off. Please repair or replace.

      • Flaking paint on the ceiling above the dishwasher and on the south kitchen wall was observed. Please have this addressed.

      • Floor in hard to reach areas, canopy above cooking appliances, top of dishwasher, walls were dirty - deep cleaning required for the entire kitchen.
