      • The dishwasher was not operational at the time of inspection. The dishwasher was turned on but did not go through wash or rinse cycle.- Repair the dish washer.- Ensure to use two compartments sink for equipment washing and use single use disposable utensils for serving food.

      • paper towel dispensers at hand washing sink were empty.- The staff refilled the paper towel dispenser during inspection.
