      • Observation: Observed dishwasher not able to achieve proper sanitizing concentration. 0ppm. Primed repeatedly without obtaining residual, but liquid observed discharging from feed line!
      • Corrective Action(s): Investigate and fix. Possible problem with disinfectant itself. Do not use dishwasher for sanitizing until problem is rectified. Implement manual sanitizing step until unit is fixed (see public comments for instructions). Dishwasher must be fixed by follow up inspection date noted on report.
