      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Cooked rice and cut broccoli were stored uncovered inside the cooler. Raw meat in vacuum packages was thawing above cooked soup inside covered containers. Food stored inside the cooler should be covered and raw meat should be stored beneath cooked food products to limit risk of contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Operator moved meat to the bottom shelf and covered rice and broccoli.
