   • 201 - Critical Food contaminated or unfit for human consumption [s. 13]
     • Observation: In the dry storage room, utensils in box was observed stored on the floor. (Public Health significance) - Floors are the primary collection point for environmental contaminants brought in by footwears, cart wheel and dust. Storing food,packagings or utensils directly on the floor could lead to contamination of food, transmission of pathogenic microorganisms and food borne related illness.
     • Corrective Action: Operator is aware that all foods, packagings, utensils should be stored 6 inches off the floor..
   • 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
     • Observation: The middle of the exterior door was observed to have opening. This can allow entrance of pest. (Public health significance) Pest can transmit pathogenic microorganisms.Presence of pest can lead to contamination of food and food contact surfaces, leeding to food borne related illness.
     • Corrective Action: Operator is aware to close the opening on the exterior door, seal all gaps and holes to prevent the entrance of pest.
