      • Cutting boards used in the classrooms were not properly cleaned. Lots of stains and knife marks. Cutting boards was discarded during inspection by operator. Operator stated they will purchase new cutting boards. Ensure cutting boards are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each use.
