    • 18. NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS
      • Evidence of insects found on premises. Found evidence of live gnats in pot area-approximately 15 on walls and ceiling fixtures and in dish room on walls near garbage cans-approximately 5. Instructed to remove all live insect activity, detail clean and sanitize area. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.

      • Drainline under three compartment sink leaking. Instructed to repair drainline to prevent leak. Three compartment sink slow draining in middle. Instructed to repair to prevent slow drain.
