- At time of inspection:1. All refrigeration temperatures noted were at or below 4 Degrees Centigrade - SATISFACTORY.2. There appeared to be two (2) roasters that were not operational during inspection (but are planned to be used). It is unclear as to whether both of these appliances are properly functional.3. A bi-metallic thermometer was not present within this facility to verify the temperatures of all cooked / re-heated / hot-held high risk foods.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Turn on both roasters after filling the bottom with water. Place both roasters on maximum temperature. Take a bi-metallic thermometer and insert into the water to verify a hot-holding temperature (or greater) is achieved. Please submit photographs of both roasters meeting or exceeding 60c/140F.2. Obtain a bi-metallic thermometer.

Once the chemical test strips arrive, please take a photograph and submit by email for verification.

This facility does not appear to have a pest control plan or records available for review.Be advised that all commercial food establishments must have a pest control plan in place to ensure pest issues do not exist. This can occur in one of two ways:1. Hire a qualified pest control professional (copies of invoices / receipts must be kept on-site for review) or2. Fill out the AHS pest control checklist once (1) per month and ensure all checklists are placed in a binder and kept on site so that they can be reviewed during future inspections.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1.
