      • Oysters are to serve raw in this facility and the tags were not kept. - Ensure the tags are kept for minimum 3 months."Preparing Raw Oysters Safely" and "Raw Shellfish Receiving Log" sent via email.

      • Old food debris were found under the grease traps and under the coolers.- Ensure the areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
