- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:

- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
- Replace the missing hand towel dispenser at the hand washing sink.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- The bar dishwasher sanitizer and detergent chemicals are hooked up to the wrong supply hoses. Insure that the dishwasher chemicals are hooked up appropriately and that the supply of these chemicals are adequate prior to returning this dishwasher to use.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- The mechanical dishwasher is not providing adequate sanitizer during the rinse cycle. Until the mechanical dishwasher is demonstrated to provide an adequate concentration of sanitizer during the rinse cycle, the dishes must be manually sanitized.
