      • 1. One of the faucets measured 7 degrees C. There was no hot water coming from the faucet.Please have the plumbing assessed and ensure hot water is available.

    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • The chlorine dishwasher used to clean the toys measured no chlorine when tested. Toys must have a sanitization step.- Please repair the dishwasher to ensure toys are cleaned and sanitized. Use the sinks to sanitize the toys until repairs are completed.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Some of the children's water bottles that were all stored on the same cart did not have proper names / labels on them. - Please ensure all personal items are properly labeled with the child's name to indicate who it belongs to.

The faucets are accessible to the children for handwashing.- Please adjust the hot water temperature. It should not exceed 54 degrees C. The recommended is 49 degrees C.

      • Some children's outerwear was stored on the floor in the main room in front for the hand sink closest to the entrance. Items must be stored properly, in a safe and sanitary manner. Storage bins were discussed onsite. Please implement storage bins.
