      • Observation: Large rodent droppings found in mop sink area where there are lots of cans, staff washroom (not used), abundantly in corner under dishwashing area.

      • 2. Clean under dishwashing area.
      • Operator was brooming up the rodent feces during the inspection, thank you.
      • Make sure you bleach this area and wear a mask while cleaning.
      • Be sure to bleach broom as well so smells are not spread from place to place.
      • Install trap in this location.
      • Remove all garbage and food debris here and any pooling water.
      • Call pest control and monitor for activity.
      • Owner said that these could be old as several have been caught some time ago.
