      • 1. Bleach solution was measured too above 100 ppm. - The operator remade the solution, and it was measured at 100 ppm.2. The operator was reusing rags, without storing in sanitizer solution. -The operator removed the used rag and replaced it with a new rag. Ensure that the cleaning rags are used only once or are stored in a sanitizer solution and change the solution and rag every two hours.

      • Few mice droppings were observed in the corner under the fryer station. **Please ensure pest control measures are in place and area is thoroughly cleaned.Note: Was unable to review the recent pest records as pest control is managed by the farmer's market.

Observed food containers on the floor under the oven beside the cabinet coolers. - Operator moved the food off the floor.**Please ensure food is stored at least 6 inches above the ground to prevent contamination.2. Observed 3 packages of rice noodles inside the rice bulk container. - Operator moved the noodles out of container to prevent cross-contamination.

      • Cabinet cooler (containing egg noodles) next to the oven was unable to maintain temperature of 4*C or below. - Operator moved the noodles to the other cooler. *Please repair**Ensure that all high-risk foods stored in the cooler are held at 4*C or below at all times.

      • Chlorine surface sanitizer solution concentration was measured too strong (>200ppm).- Ensure chlorine sanitizer solution is prepared and measured at 100ppm (1/2 teaspoon bleach for every litre of water).- Staff remade solution onsite and measured 100ppm.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Valid food permit was not posted or displayed.- Ensure food permit is displayed and visible to the public. - Staff was able to locate the food permit for display onsite.

      • Sanitizer solution spray bottle broke during the inspection when staff was changing the solution.- Replace the spray nozzle.
